- sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, and markdowns. any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned.

We have a 7-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

Once we approve your return, you then have 7 days to ship the item(s) back to us
- you are responsible for shipping expenses
items will be awarded a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached
once we've received and processed your return we will email you a confirmation and provide you with a refund on your original payment method. it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process/ post the refund.

Damaged items

- Must send proof in the form of pictures.
item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage.
after 24 hours, Shop The deli can no longer be responsible.

when shipping your item back to us, we recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package.
we are not responsible for lost exchanges/returns.
